Rental Period: The rental period is month-to-month, commencing on the date of delivery and continuing until terminated by either party with a 30 days written notice. Minimum rental is 3 months, after the first 3 months, rental can be canceled at any time.

Acknowledgement: All washer and dryer units are provided in working condition. We offer complimentary installation and repair services as part of the rental agreement. Sun Coast is only responsible for the machines installed. Any issues with water hookups, electrical outlets or exhaust ducting are the responsibility of the customer. All of these areas should be in working order prior to the arrival of the technician.

Payment : Rental fees are due monthly. Automatic pay with a card on file is required. Major credit cards or bank issued debit cards only.

Damage & Returns: Customers are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received.

Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 30 days written notice. Upon termination, Sun Coast will schedule pick up of rental units for return..
